Refund Policy

For cancellations 3 days before the transfer/excursion, the deposit made by the customer is refunded. In case of late cancellation or customer no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation can be made 6 (six) hours before the transfers and 1 (one) day before the tours. Before the transfer or excursion, the advance payment made by the customer is returned.

In case of late cancellation or customer no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

The refund to the customer is done in the same way that the customer had paid during checkout. It may take 3 to 20 business days to refund the customer.

The listed prices are in Euros (€) and refer to excursions from 1 to 4 people. It is an absolute requirement that our company be informed by the client of the full names of any additional person involved.

Prices include tolls, fuel and all statutory taxes. Food, drinks and museum / archeological site tickets are not included.

Online booking requires a deposit of 10% of the total amount, within 24 hours from the time of booking, to the mentioned bank account of the company or PayPal.

Proof of deposit via e-mail is required.
